Puer natus est nobis,
et filius datus est nobis,
cujus imperium super humerum ejus

Hannukah memorializes the blessing from God
Of light in the darkness
Celebrated at the new moon
that shines no reflection
on the shortest days of the year
at the Winter Solstice.
Christ is born
as the Light that shines in the darkness...
And as the sun will begin to return
after the solstice and the days will increase
so will Christ increase
As darkness will decrease
in our hearts.
